HOW DO YOU WAKE UP IN THE MORNING?
Sometimes it is very difficult to get up in the morning and everyone has their own ways to get out of bed. And what do you do to get up quickly in the morning and what helps you?
I sleep about 8 hours a day and sometimes it seems to me a little. And to get up in the morning, I need to make some effort to quickly wake up. Firstly, I get up and immediately wash with cold water, directly ice. Some say that this does not help, but it’s just right for me. Because you get up from a warm bed, and a sharp temperature drop awakens you and thus you are much less sleepy. Almost everyone says and writes that morning exercises help you wake up and awaken your muscles. This helps to some extent, but I do not do exercises as such, but I just squeeze fifty times from the floor and this is enough for me.
Next, my day begins with a good cheerful music, without it my day does not start so well. Listening to music gives me more confidence and a good mood for the day ahead. Finally, a hearty breakfast, which is almost always made up of dairy products. Also in my breakfast is strong tea, often black.
